If a woman is really interested in you she will flirt back and give you some clues that she wishes to see you once again. She will suggest doing something or meeting or chatting or getting together. She will make a point of how she simply enjoyed talking to you, at which stage, you could suggest that you should talk again or some more and ask for her mobile number.

If you are very observant you can figure out very quickly if a girl is flirting with you or if she is just being polite. Now if she is serious about you, and you show confidence enough to not ask if she is seeing someone, you will usually score a few points with her.
